Not sure where to start? Then DRIVE’S Start Up Package is for you! It consists of two 60-minute sessions. The first is a sit-down consultation about your fitness needs and your goals, as well as a complete movement assessment. Using this information, Nicole will then create you a custom, at-home corrective program that you can do with no equipment. This program will address your weakest links in terms of movement and have you feeling better in no time! The entire second session is dedicated to you learning your at-home program so you are confident enough to do it solo.
