What DRIVE Is All About
At DRIVE, each client’s program is mindfully designed to achieve specific health and fitness goals. Through a holistic approach, we address nutrition, strength, flexibility, core stability, and personal goal setting for achievement.
All clients undergo a unique fitness evaluation and movement assessment prior to training. This enables us to identify weaknesses and/or imbalances and implement a custom-designed program best suited to your individual needs. You will not only see changes in your physique, but also your energy levels, appetite, stamina, and your mood.
Nicole Ward, Owner and Master Trainer at DRIVE, has been working and playing in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She is NASM, FMS, and TPI certified. At DRIVE, helping YOU reach YOUR goal is OUR goal.
